We do not knowingly collect personal information from children at this Site. We do collect personal information at this site in two instances: when visitors purchase an eclipse kit or when they register for our eclipse newsletter. To our knowledge, minor children under 16 are not legally allowed to use a credit card, debit card, or other charge cards to make financial purchases online; we also do not allow visitors age 13 and under to registering for our eclipse newsletter. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect information from visitors under the age of 13.

In addition, our newsletter subscription list is maintained by Mail Chimp, and we reserve the right to change the third party vendor employed for the management of our subscriptions at any time and without notice. Mail Chimp and similar email subscription services are required to be compliant with the CAN-SPAM act of 2003 and to our knowledge maintain additional age controls for those on subscriber lists such as ours. Should we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to promptly delete such data from our records.
